In pursuit of its strategy of building an enduring, strong business development platform, the company seeks to strengthen its Executive Management suite with the services of a Chief Operating Officer.

Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Responsibilities
Successful candidate will essentially be the backbone for expanding the company’s business reach, with particular focus on liability generation, promotion of the company’s mortgage products, as well as providing overall corporate performance and business oversight support to the CEO.

The Candidate
We are looking for a solidly qualified candidate with: 

  • formidable entrepreneurial zeal;
  • superior industry pedigree,
  • vast and unquestionable track record in the primary mortgage market compelling potentials for the chief executive position,
  • incisive grasp of the Nigerian mortgage market;
  • excellent finance knowledge,
  • readiness to engage on performance-driven terms, as well as a robust capacity to contribute to meeting the overall business and managerial challenges of the company.
