Our Brand Portfolio includes "33" Export Lager Beer, Champion Lager Beer, More Lager Beer, Williams Dark Ale, Turbo King Dark Ale, Hi-Malt and Maltex Non-Alcoholic Malt Drinks. With over 30 years brewing experience, we are one of the major players in the industry and have continually contributed to the growth of the Nigerian economy.

We are looking for talented, focused and determined individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Distributors

Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate reports to the Regional Commercial Manager and will be responsible for the following:

  • Achieve area volume targets for his/her Sales Area.
  • Ensure competitive distributors margin via on-time communication and realistic target setting.
  • Increase availability of products with distributors.
  • Improve price compliance of distributors over specified period.
  • Increase stock levels with distributors (minimum 4 days of stock).
  • Minimize incidence of returned cheques from customers.
  • Prospect and create new accounts in his/her Sales Area.
  • Ensure timely delivery of credit notes and other communications to the customers.

Requirement
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

  • Should not be older than 40 years as at January 1, 2013.
  • Must be able to work with computer systems (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Should have a minimum of two (2) years sales experience at managerial level in a FMCG industry.

Qualification

  • Have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Honours Lower Division or Higher National Diploma with Upper Credit in any of the following areas: Marketing, Business Administration and related discipline.
  • Should provide evidence of participation in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme or exemption.
