Flux Logistics Limited is a member of the Superflux Group involved in comprehensive Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions including Strategic Procurement, Logistics and Warehouse Management for a variety of multinational organizations. Due to business expansion, the company is seeking qualified candidates to fill key positions within the organization. 


Job Title: General Manager (Business Development)

Job Location: Any City in Nigeria

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team of solution providers in Supply Chain Management Accountable for the attainment of company's annual revenue plan (P&L)
  • Develop and implement aggressive business segment expansion programmes
  • Articulate local and regional footprint (Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa> for future growth plans
  • Identify opportunities to market innovative logistics solutions to current and potential customers
  • Manage key customer relationships and dynamics of sizeable transaction profiles

Requirements:

  • Have a minimum of 15 years cognitive experience, track record in managing SCM for multinationals such as FMCGs, Telcos, etc
  • University degree within the relevant area, Masters degree or SCM related certifications will be an advantage
  • Have excellent track record in closing large complex Third Party Logistics (3PL) offerings, strong management, communication and presentation skills.
  • Full corporate Profit & Loss responsibility.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-tasking environment; capacity to manage multiple projects and meet specific goals and deadlines.
