Excel Professional Services Limited - Our client is a leading Manufacturing company operating in the chemical and non-metallic sector of the Nigerian economy. To regain its leadership position in the market the company recently took some strategic initiatives aimed at boosting its competitiveness. As part of this process, our firm had been requested to fill the following vacancy:
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
1. Position: General Manager - Finance (Ref: ES-155)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsibilities:
- Will report to the CEO and be responsible for the overall management of the accounting and finance functions in the company.
- Among other things, the individual will contribute to the formulation and implementation of policies, generate relevant accounting reports, and assist the company meet all statutory reporting standards and requirements.
Requirements
- To be considered for this position a candidate must hold a good first degree from a reputable university, be a chartered accountant and must have acquired a minimum of 15 years cognate experience.
- The requirement is for a chartered accountant with strong manufacturing sector experience and good knowledge of IFRS.
2. Position: Cost & Management Accountant (Ref: ES-156)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsilities:
- Reporting to the General Manger (Finance), the Cost & Management Accountant will develop and maintain a system for collecting and reporting accurate information on various aspects of operations that impact costs and pricing.
- He would also be responsible for producing periodic financial statements and other statutory reports.
Requirement
- The successful candidate would be a qualified chartered accountant with 7 years cognate experience obtained in a manufacturing environment.
3. Position: Factory Manager (Ref: ES-157)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsibilities
- The Factory Manager will report to the Head of Manufacturing Operations and be responsible for planning, organizing and directing production activities in the factory.
- In Addition he would ensure strict adherence to safety policies and standards.
Requirement
- The successful candidate would hold a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry or chemical engineering and 10 years work experience on similar jobs.
4. Position: Head - Marketing Operations (Ref: ES-158)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsibilities:
- This manager will develop and implement effective strategies to promote wide acceptance of the company's products and monitor their performance among competing brands.
- In addition, he/she would develop programs and undertake activities that would endear the products to its target market.
Requirements
- The requirement is for a marketing professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience in the marketing of industrial products both at the institutional and retail segments.
- The successful candidate would hold a Master's degree in disciplines related to marketing and a track record of success in similar positions.
5. Position: Brand Manager (Ref: ES-160)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsibilities:
- The Brand Managers will report to the Head, Marketing Operations and be responsible for developing and executing brand management plans that would drive profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for the products assigned to them.
Requirements
- The successful candidates would have acquired a minimum of 5 years' experience on a similar job and hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and an MBA in related field.
6. Position: Digital Marketing Officer (Ref: ES-162)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsibilities:
- This officer will develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for the company.
- In addition, he will devise strategies for driving traffic to the company's website and oversee its social media strategy.
Requirements
- The successful candidate would have a Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration with Strong knowledge of web applications.
- In addition, he must have strong social media networking abilities and a minimum of 3 years working experience on similar jobs.
- He/She must be capable of building a wholesome e-business strategy and creating a long-term relationship with appropriate e-tailers for product listing and promotion.
7. Position: Strategic Planner (Ref: ES-163)
Location: Any City, NG
Responsilities:
- Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Strategic Planner would lead the company's strategic planning processes.
- ln addition, he would collect and analyse data on developments that could impact the company's present and future operations and performance or provide significant leads and opportunities.
Requirements
- The successful candidate would hold a Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Strategic Planning or related discipline.
- In addition, he/she must have acquired a minimum of 5 years performing a similar role in a reputable company.
- Membership of a recognized professional institute relevant to the job would offer a distinct advantage.
8. Position: Personal Assistant to the MD (Ref: ES-164)
Location: Any City, NG
Requirement
- This position is for a versatile hard-working and self driven young graduate.
- He or She must have strong IT communication and interpersonal skills.
- In addition the candidate must have acquired a minimum of three years' experience in a similar position and be versed in MS Office.
