A Manufacturing company located in the South-South region of Nigeria requires the services of suitably qualified candidates for immediate employment as stated below:

Responsibilities
- The Financial Controller will be responsible for the day to day finance and accounting functions of the company reporting to the Managing Director/CEO;
- Ensuring regular reconciliation of supplier, intra-company and inter-company accounts;
- Developing and managing a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that guarantees a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs;
- Developing and implementing systems to ensure the collection, reporting and analysis of performance data for internal and external accountability and performance improvement;
- Overseeing the budgeting process and its implementation and continuously monitoring progress;
- Coaching and counseling team members as necessary.
Qualification and Requirements
- B.Sc Accounting/HND Accountancy in addition to a recognized professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA. CPA etc);
- Must have experience working With accounting software;
- Eight (8)years post qualification working experience in a reputable manufacturing company, five of which must be in a Senior Financial.
Key Roles:
- Basic Treasury Management skills;
- Strong experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting;
- Basic understanding of operations in the manufacturing industry;
- Ability to cope with and work under pressure.
