Our Client, is into Property and Estate Development. The company has genuine plots of land in Ikorodu / Epe Areas of Lagos State for sale to individuals and corporate bodies. To effectively market the property, the company requires resourceful, aggressive and self - motivated personnel as:

1.) Operations Manager

Qualification:

  • A graduate with strong bias for marketing of real property.

Experience:

  • Proven record of achievement in similar business line.

Attributes:

  • Ability to organize and co-ordinate others to achieve goals
  • Willingness to work under pressure
  • Goal-getter with good social network
  • Honest personality, etc.

2.) Marketers

Qualification:

  • OND/NCE or equivalent qualifications with flair for marketing of landed properties.

Experience:

  • Not compulsory but will be of great advantage.

Attributes:

  • As in No 1 position above.

Remuneration
The above positions offer competitive remuneration, but ESSENTIALLY attractive commission, for the right candidates.
