We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Head Of Operation

Job Category: Banking
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Reports to the MD/CEO
Supervise the Micro-finance banking Operations and must have a strong operations background
Excellent managerial skills, innovative and creative
Oversee daily operations of the micro-finance bank, with a view to delivering on the profit goals and core values of the bank.
Responsible for effective monitoring and optimization of the operational staff, as well as the overall support systems for exceptional customer experience
Coordination of daily administrative activities, oversight of transactions to ensure efficient and effective operations and security.
Good understanding of credit process and the ability to maintan a good work relationship.

Requirements

Prior people leadership experience gained in a customer-facing function
Excellent report generation skills and a minimum of 5 years Operations experience in Microfinance banking
Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage
Possession of Banking Certification issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (ClBN) will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel Spreadsheets
Evidence the candidate possesses proven skills and competences in practical microfinance banking.
BSc /HND in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Numerate Sciences and any related fields.
MBA or any post graduate degree is an added advantage
