Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping engineering projects consulting firm that handles all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (plumbing) engineering planning, design and supervisory services for residential, commercial and industrial buildings on major construction projects to recruit a mechanical engineer for its operations in Lagos

Our client covers all spectrum of consulting Mechanical, Electrical, and Piping engineering projects. They handle all aspects of Mechanical, Electrical and Piping (Plumbing) engineering planning, design and supervisory services.

Responsibilities

  • Drawing of scope of works and drawing list
  • Preparation of preliminary design and budget estimate
  • Preparation of detailed design for the various Engineering systems, checking of drafted drawing and amendments, taking off of bills of quantities of designed systems
  • Preparation of technical specification and support of installations. Ensure production of design that meets client requirement
  • Responsible for selection, Design layout and draft specification of Engr. systems to meet end users requirements
  • Ensure that installations are made in accordance with spec.
  • Liaise with other Engineers in carrying work. 

Required Qualifications:

  • BSc in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years Consulting Experience
  • Good Communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal relationship
  • Detail oriented, articulate, proactive, self confidence
  • E20 - 11HVAC Design Program
  • Carrier HVAC equipment selection program
  • HEVACOP M&E Design program
  • MEP / Revit - Computer AUTOCAD Drafting program
  • MS Project - MS office XP program-word, spreadsheet & Database
  • Specification Export, Specification Generating Program
  • Elite Automatic fire sprinkler design
  • National Engineering program specification
