Job Summary

• Develop and Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade and support of all IT Systems, including websites, operating systems, databases telephones, software applications, and peripherals.
• Design standard operating procedures and best practices, including providing written protocols and guidance to IT staff and to end-users.
• Keep up with the latest technologies and determine what new technology solutions and implementations will meet business and system requirements.
• Manage financial aspects of IT department, including purchasing, budgeting and budget review.
• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, standard purchasing and service provision.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
• 5 years' experience in similar area
• Must have operated in the role of a Manager of the unit.
• Progressive IT experience in a multi- office environment
• Excellent leadership and management Skills.
• Problem solving and reasoning skills.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• Operations and System analysis skills
• Excellent communication skills.
