Job Title: Production Assistant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • Collate and manage event diaries and attend weekly project team meetings.
  • Assist with any news room requirement (e.g. transcription, guest booking, meeting room bookings, and studio bookings.
  • Create, update and distribute production forms such as contact sheets, production schedules, travel lists, etc.
  • Act as first line of contact with production staff and correspondents/ crews at local bureau and provide logistic and protocol arrangement for bureau employees and guests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mass Communication, journalism degree will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of African Financial Market
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office application.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proactive planner and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, maintain steady workflow during peak hours and cope with last-minute changes
  • Work experience: 2year(s)
