Job Title: News/Show Anchor

Responsibilities

  • Host regularly scheduled news, oriented interviews and programs and participate in live, online events and special appearances
  • Compose and edit news stories
  • Report news for internal and external daily air shift, producing written stories, spots and features for news and public affairs programming as needed

Requirements

  • BSc/HND in communication /Journalism/ Public Relations or any other relevant field.
  • A Minimum of four years’ experience in television journalism
  • Screen presence and on air charisma.
  • Ability to handle live situations.
  • Good knowledge of current affairs, business or politics.
  • Good Appearance
  • Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Organizational skills
  • Well groomed, plus understanding of News Editorial, Content and Current Affairs
