Riders is recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC)

Job Location: Nationwide

Job Description

The successful candidate reports the Project Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Managing group of drivers in a region and reporting on the activities.
  • Coordinating drivers' routes and schedules in all the states that fall within a region.
  • Collecting and analysing data gathered from drivers.
  • Ensure road safety standards are upheld.
  • Training and assessing drivers.
  • Responding to and investigating accidents and dealing with all drivers' HR needs.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly report on the activities of his/her region.
  • Monitor and follow the service schedule designed for the vehicles within his/her region.

Requirements

  • Must possess minimum of National Diploma in any field but preferably.
  • Must possess a valid drivers' license.
  • Must be between ages 25 and 40.
