VACANCY FOR CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT (JUNIOR STAFF 1)

A reputable Human Resources Outsourcing company in Lagos is seeking the services of a Client Service Assistant for immediate employment, the successful candidate would carry out the below deliverables;

Position: CLIENT SERVICE ASSISTANT (JUNIOR STAFF 1)  

Location: Lagos

Summary of Responsibilities:

  • Assist in outsourced staff documentation
  • File documents relating to outsourced staff and management
  • Carry out outsourced staff residence verification
  • Carry out outsourced staff Guarantors’ verification
  • Carry out an update on the data of the outsourced staff
  • Despatch of staff reference letters
  • Deliver invoice to the client
  • Collect/pick up cheques for salaries and others as required
  • Despatch staff pay slip
  • Deliver all mails to clients
  • Send bulk SMS to outsourced staff
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the superior

Qualification/Skills & Attribute required:

  • Must be Male and posses Ordinary National Diploma  (OND!!)
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer proficiency (Basic Microsoft word & Excel)
  • Prioritising & multitasking skills
  • Organizing skills
  • Time management skill
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Good Numeric & listening skill
