Our client a leading Telecommunication and Power infrastructure Services Company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description

The maintenance coordinator will serve as the third level technical support contact for all technical fault escalations and serve as technical lead for all cell site maintenance issues in his cluster.

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have handled minimum 100 to 150 sites, minimum of 6 teams which carry out telecom maintenance activity like preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance.
Coordinates the field maintenance and installation of all Power, Telecommunication and other related equipment including Janitorial.
Manages issues and risks on site nd ensures field staff and/or subcontractors comply to client acceptance criteria
Keeps detail and accurate record of work ongoing and work completed and daily and weekly reporting of site activities and work progress.
Ensures effective management of resources, fuel ,inventory and reporting.
Need to have good coordination within the team, good man, material, spare management skills.

Qualifications and Experience

B.Sc, B.Eng, HND ( Mechanical, Electrical Engineering).
3-5 years working experience in Telecommunication Maintenance Industry.
Ability to apply technical solutions to real time Telecom Maintenance problems and must possess problem solving skills to ensure customer SLA is met.

Technical Skills:

Good experience on telecom managed service operation which includes either one or both of below
Maintenance, IandC, troubleshooting and/or support of power and related (Passive) equipments like generators make like MIKANO, JUBAILI, AC, shelter, site, power, rectifier like ELTEK, MITRA, battery.
Maintenance, IandC, troubleshooting and/or support of Active components like;
Transmission and wireless/BTS equipments of Ericsson, HUAWEI, ZTE, ALU equipments.
