Our client a leading Telecommunication and Power infrastructure Services Company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Assistant

Ref: OCL/PPA/HRA
Job Location: Any City, NG

Job Description

  • Supports human resources processes by assisting the implementation of strategic direction for the Human Resource Department.
  • Support in ensuring effective and efficient running of the overall functions of Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Working with and assisting the HR Personnel in implementing the strategic direction for the Human Resource function.
  • Maintain update information on staff file.
  • Collate attendance of staff in the entire business unit.
  • Assists with recruitment and interview and termination process.
  • Assist the HR Personal in the implementation of compensation strategy and reward system.
  • Assist in providing payroll information by collecting time, attendance records and Sanction etc.
  • Provide admin support as required.

Qualification and Requirements

  • First degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or any related field.
  • 2 or more years of progressive Human Resource experience.
  • CIPM Professional is an added advantage.
