Our client a leading Telecommunication and Power infrastructure Services Company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill the position below:

Job Title: Projects Administrator

Ref: OCL/PPA/PRA
Job Location: Any City, NG

Job Description

  • To provide full administrative support to the Project Director, Managers and Project Teams .

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collate, filing and maintaining of project specific data, metrics and information needed for project management administration.
  • Assist in preparation of reports and ensure adherence to best practice project management processes and procedures.
  • Track and update project issue, risk and change management logs daily.
  • Respond to department queries on billing, metrics, reporting, department data requirements.
  • Maintain project status via project status tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Google App Project management Tools etc.
  • Schedule project meetings, workshops and prepare and issue minutes promptly.
  • Provide admin support for the project teams and managers.

Qualification and Requirements

  • Minimum HND or Degree.
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • MUST have had previous experience of working in projects environment.
  • PRINCE 2 Foundation or other project management qualifications will be an advantage.
