A World Class Quick-Service Restaurant in Nigeria seeks to recruit strategic talents into certain key roles in its organization.

The company is recruiting to fill the following positions:

1.)  CEO, Quick-Service Restaurant Division (International)

Requirements

  • Executive level experience in one of the major QSR companies
  • Marketing experience would be a benefit
  • Experience in a turnaround business environment


2.) Head Franchise Manager (International/Local)

Requirements

  • Experienced in managing at least 15 franchisees.
  • Must have Strategic, Franchise Agreement Formulation, strong operational experience in the QSR industry


3.) Projects Development Manager (International/Local)

Requirements

  • Experience in retail development, market mapping, site selection, quantity surveyor


4.) Operations Managers (International)

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in major QSR company, international experience required


5.) Supply Chain Manager (Local)

Requirements

  • At least 10 years experience in FMCG/Manufacturing Supply chain industry


6.) Head Central Kitchen (International/Local)

Requirements

  • Experienced in food, cookery and flavours
  • Effective communicator, confident approach to enforcing standards, hygiene and regulations
  • Food Technology background preferred
  • Able to manage a Central Kitchen production unit
  • Focused on managing costs and profitability of the Central Kitchen production unit.


7.) Financial Controller  (Local)

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Financial Controller
  • Agricultural industry experience preferred.
  • FMCG/Manufacturing company experience
  • Able to travel to Abeokuta 2-3 times a week


8.) Sales/Brand Manager (Local)

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience.
  • Experience of developing and growing a brand
  • Sales strategy and routes to market.


9.) COO (International)

Requirements

  • 10 years experience in the bread production industry.
  • Strategic and PNL focused.
  • Marketing or sales experience preferred.
  • Worked within a turnaround business
