• Must have a minimum of at least six (6) years of teaching, research and other relevant experience since the award of the Ph.D or equivalent postgraduate professional qualification
• Must have a minimum of twenty (20) publications in reputable journals
• Show evidence of good performance in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and research, capacity for academic leadership community services and Administrative duties
• Be of good character
• Computer literacy is also an essential requirement.
