Our client a leading Telecommunication & Power infrastructure Services Company with operations across Nigeria and West Africa is seeking to recruit exceptional and highly motivated professional to fill the position below:

Position: Group Commercial Procurement Manager

Ref: OCL/EMR/GCM

Location: Any City, NG

Job Description

  • The Commercial Manager is responsible for valuation of cost and profitability of projects to be executed by the group.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial competitive proposals in response to RFPs, RFQ, and RFI.
  • Manage competitive negotiations process with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
  • Must have ability to gather real-time price intelligence for projects.
  • Evaluation and preparation of material schedules for projects.
  • Prepare and analyze BOQ for tenders.
  • Carry out tender process for sub-contractors.
  • Vendor selection and project evaluation.
  • Effectively manage the procurement budgets and manage all supplier contracts.
  • Maintain and increase purchase efficiency by reducing cost & timely supply of materials.
  • Model profitability and commercial viability of business opportunities and contracts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree, Post Graduate /BE /B.Tech in Quantity Survey.
  • 5-8 Year relevant Experience from telecoms, construction or power industry.
  • Must be a Qualified Quantity Surveyor or commercial manager with Telecom/ energy/ construction industry.
