Job Title: Technical Assistant/Business Analyst

Job Description

  • Must be able to learn and adapt quickly to gain understanding of business process management and business requirements, identify and analyse problem areas and suggest recommendations or solutions for it.
  • Initiate investigations into reaction to business environment and results, investigate the business systems and come up with options to improve the standards.
  • Coordinate the development amendment, implementation, monitoring and analysis of business plans, strategies and performance measurement system.
  • The successful candidate will possess strong technical and analytical skills coupled with business intelligence.
  • Professional skills to understand the technical design along with the design specification.
  • Hands on experience to deal with business specification and convert them to system specifications.
  • Excellent analytical skills to carry out requirement analysis to match with the business specification needs of the company.

Requirements

  • Excellent decision making and information technology skills.
  • Must hold HND/BSc Degree in Social Sciences or Engineering related discipline.
  • MBA/MSc will be an added advantage.
  • Work experience of at least 5 years in a highly pressurized environment.
