A reputable Nigerian Construction and Engineering Company based In Abuja seeks for Immediate employment in the following position below:

Job Title: Site Manager

Job Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
Will be responsible for:

• Ensuring that all project activities on site runs on schedule and budget.
• Controlling all aspects of the site including planning of work.
• Arranging delivery of materials
• Managing programme of work
• Ensuring contracts are delivered on time
• Finding solutions to problems that may cause delays
• Maintaining strict quality procedures; regular testing of materials and visual inspection of work.
• Conducting regular site safety checks
• Playing a major role in pre-site and on site meetings.

Qualification

• B.Sc/HND in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 10 years active experience in a construction firm.
• Professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
• A team player.
• Not more than 45 years.
