Job Title: Business Development Manager - Dredging Business

Job Description

Support strategic objectives by leading all marketing, business development and sales initiatives to identify and develop new accounts and maximize sales with existing accounts.
Directly participate in strategic business planning, market analysis, customer relationship development and contract negotiations for the Company.
Identify market opportunities and position the company to take advantage of such opportunities.
Develop new market opportunities for additional business volumes coming from current and future operating areas.
Analyze tender documents and finalize the tender while ensuring completeness.
Ensure all technical, contractual, schedule and cost estimation and design engineering input needed to meet tender requirements is collected.

Requirements

Minimum BSc/HND in Geology and/or Engineering related discipline with minimum of 10 years cognate experience in Oil and Gas with at least 5 years in Dredging.
Very good knowledge and understanding of the Dredging industry in Nigeria and the basic guiding statutory laws will be an added advantage.
Candidates should have strong links to industry and have knowledge of the business drivers for our key markets.
Should be vast in initiating strategic business meetings between the prospective clients and Top management of the company.
Have good knowledge and understanding of the basic statutory laws and regulations guiding dredging operations in Nigeria.
