We are one of the top Facilities Management Company’s in Nigeria with a large portfolio of luxury apartments in Lagos. As part of our growth strategy, we require the services of Facility Engineers.

Job Title: Facility Engineers

Job Location: Lagos

Requirement
The candidate who must have graduated with at least a 2:2 (Engineering or HND upper credit) from a reputable University or Polytechnic with a minimum of four years sector experience and must possess the following:

Problem solving skills

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent technical competence in sustaining mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Working knowledge of plumbing installations
  • Excellent trouble shooting skills
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision and to deliver set targets under pressure.
  • Contemporary IT skills.
  • As customer service is the focus area of our operations, the ideal candidate must have strong customer service Skills.
