1. Job Title: Operations Manager

Job Description
- Operations manager shall be responsible for all operational facets of the company.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management skill to realize the mission and core values of the company.
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability, cash flow and business goals and objectives.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
- Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
- Foster a success oriented, accountable environment within the company.
- Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
Qualifications
- Requires a degree in an Engineering field.
- Must have 5 to 10 years of professional experience. Preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
2. Job Title: Business Development Manager
Job Ref: CNL/EMP/BD14-001
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- The Business Development Manager will be tasked with the responsibility of driving the company's growth.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed analysis of the Oil & Gas industry, identify opportunities and prepare a plan scoping the resources and implementation required to develop the business.
- Develop and execute short and long term plans to meet market and revenue objectives.
- Locate or propose potential new customers/ products through industry networking.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
- Set sales targets, provide regular forecast and ensure that targets are met.
- Make joint venture and acquisition recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or market related work experience (an MBA will be an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong prospecting and closing skills.
3. Job Title: Accountant

Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data and preparing financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Setting up and managing internal accounting, reporting and controlling system.
- Preparation of financial reports (statutory and management).
- Processing of work orders and invoices.
- Treasury function& Tax Matters.
Qualifications
- Requires a degree in Accounting or Finance and ICAN, ACCA etc.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience. Preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
- Requires competent knowledge of Nigerian Accounting principles, U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
4. Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant
Job Ref: OCNL/EMP/EA14-004
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Assuming and performing delegated duties associated with organizing the development and implementation of administrative activities.
- Successful candidate shall be expected to possess human resources experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results. Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
- Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements.
- Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.
- Five years of administrative experience required, Membership of relevant professional bodies will be an advantage.
5. Job Title: Drilling Superintendent
Job Ref: OCNL/EMP/DS14-005
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Reports to Drilling Manager.
- Conduct morning calls and review morning reports from the drilling rigs with the Drilling Supervisor at the rig site and the Drilling Engineer.
- Communicate effectively with the Drilling Supervisor and Drilling Engineer to ensure that all technical specifications of the Drilling Program and Drilling Manual are met.
- Provide technical trouble shooting when problems occur on the drilling rig.
- Manage look ahead plans and review planning with Drilling Engineer, Drilling Supervisors and the Material & Logistics Coordinator to ensure the timely flow of drilling equipment, personnel and services between the shore and the well site.
Qualification
- Minimum of 10 years drilling experience in an offshore environment.
