1. Job Title: Secretary/Office Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
To work with considerable independence in performing secretarial work of a complex nature and do related work as required in direct support of administrative, management, client, and program services to support the Organization
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Significant job specific knowledge & proficiency

2. Job Title: Architect
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor project execution to ensure the successful completion within approved budget and timelines.
- Create, present and implement design concepts according to required specification.
- Develop overall design architectural strategy
- Execute timely implementation schedules and efficient follow through on deliverables and address issues as appropriate
- Build concept plans, designs and design solutions
Qualifications
- First Degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a related position

Responsibilities
- Performs design computations, compiles data, and completes elementary architectural assignments
- Prepares project estimates and architectural plans as requested.
- Works with the senior architect in executing implementation schedules and project deliverables
- Participates in small-scale architectural design, including construction details and furniture design
- Prepares project estimates, drawings, architectural plans and specifications for structures as requested.

Job Summary
To be responsible for producing, designing, crafting, and testing wood products and furnitures using specialized tools.
Responsibilities
- Design, produce, and test wood products
- Build furniture using hand tools
- Set up, operate, and tend drill presses, lathes, shapers, routers, sanders, planers, and wood-nailing machines
Qualifications and skill requirements
- Basic vocational qualification in woodwork is required
- Knowledge of designing woodwork using computer aided design software is an added advantage
- Creativity and Manual Dexterity
- Mechanical ability and safety ethics
