Requirements

• As required by the regulatory authorities, Applicants are expected to possess the minimum qualifications duly enumerated hereunder:
• A minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any finance or business related discipline.
• A minimum of (5) years post qualification experience in a micro finance bank or a financial service industry at a senior management level

Other requirements that may serve as an added advantage to applicants include:

• Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical micro finance banking and has undergone the
• Microfinance Certificate Programme and obtained a certificate in
• Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of
• Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)
• Basic computer appreciation skills and ability to operate Banking or Microfinance Banking software applications such “ORBIT “developed by Neptune Software Limited.
• Additional Professional Qualifications such as MCIB, ACA, CIBN, etc
