ES Africa is recruiting for a producer of Fast Moving Consumer Goods located in Lagos Nigeria: In operations for several years and specializes in the production of baby and paper products.
Job Title: Supply Chain Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for all supply chain management functions for the business
- Lead demand planning and raw material order management for all key products
- Produce long term supply and inventory plans
- Monitor product quality on delivery and resolve quality issues as required
- Track product flows and design improvement for existing processes
- Hire and train supply chain staff
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years experience of supply chain management
- Experience with demand planning or coordination function in FMCG
- Experience in logistics and procurement
- Previous experience handling multiple international suppliers will be an advantage
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent problem solving and critical analysis skills
- Bachelors degree in relevant field and supply chain/procurement certification or equivalent professional experience
