We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Position: CCTV Administrator

Job Summary

  • This is a great opportunity to join an expanding business and to work in a varied and fast paced environment.

Job Description

  • Monitor a high volume of CCTV monitoring equipment
  • Answer incoming calls made to the CCTV control room by the police, customers or any other third parties
  • Take appropriate action in response to any urgent calls
  • Maintain a detailed log of events
  • Support other internal departments
  • Offer exceptional customer service via telephone and email
  • Operate and monitor computer workstations and emergency security systems
  • Monitor and proactive patrol via view screens.
  • Adhere to strictly to stipulated regulations
  • Working hours include evenings and weekends. Previous security/CCTV experience is highly advantageous.

Qualification

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or Information System Management.
