TK Foods and Beverages Ventures – a registered business with CAC focused on food processing and packaging with mini packaging outlet located at Ashi-Bodija, Ibadan, is looking for personnel for the following positions: Marketer, Sales Officers and Agents, and Distributors. *Location* : Ibadan, Lagos, Ife, Osogbo, Akure *State* : Oyo, Osun, Lagos, Ondo *Job Type* : Full time *Job Description* The responsibilities of the ideal candidate will be to: Market and sell all our major products Coordinate and manage sales activities Be greatly involved in marketing and distribution to our customers Be alert and respond to customers’ requests, needs and inquiries. Negotiate terms of agreement and close sales. Create database of all customers’ contact information, services requested/enjoyed and other details to monitor their behaviour, and network with customers in order to maintain links and promote additional services. Come up with marketing strategies to enter new markets, follow up with leads and seal deals. Monitor competition(s) *Minimum Qualifications* Educational qualification isn’t necessary but it’s an added advantage Candidate must be older than 18yrs by December 2017. *Competencies and Skills:* Great interest in and knowledge of marketing and sales Persuasive and influential Good communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation skills, as well as ability to persuade leads Ability to develop work plan Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Leadership skills Detail-oriented Sociable, kind and persuasive Confident and self-motivated Critical thinking Problem-solving ability Time management skills and result-driven
