Job Title: Brand, Marketing & Communications Specialist

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking to hire an exceptional candidate to spearhead its Marketing and Brand Communications operations and lead the launch of its products.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve and surpass communicated sales target
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand awareness.
  • Develop and Implement go-live plan for the company’s new products and services
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, and website content.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including website content, search engine optimization, and social media accounts.
  • Coordinate with external parties/agencies and vendors for marketing activities and promotional events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing strategies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of customer preferences, needs, and behavior to tailor marketing initiatives effectively.

Educational Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven work experience of about 3 to 5 years in a branding, marketing and/or communications role in the financial service or money exchange industry.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and marketing analytics tools.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
