Position: Legal Officer
Job Description
- Complete financial reconciliation's as required.
- To produce system reports to assist with the recovery of all debts outstanding.
- Maintain the computer based information systems on all activities
- To manage the debt portfolio in accordance with legislation and company policy
- To provide accurate information to assist with the correct billing and collection of these functions
- Liaise with finance department on customers owing the organization.
- Deal with a wide range of correspondence ensuring customers receive proper notice of any court action, adjournments and payment arrangements
- Ensure cash is allocated correctly and deal with tracing missing payments.
Requirements
- Must have a degree in Law.
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience.
- Experience in dept recovery will be an added advantange.
