HCM Agro Enterprises, an agro processing and agro produce export company requires the services of a suitably qualified candidate for the post below.

Team Lead, Sales Representative – (5 Positions)

Personal Characteristics:

The required candidates should also be target driven, result-oriented, entrepreneurial, and outgoing and love working in the outdoors. He/she must be a natural leader and be able to motivate and direct team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise team members.
  • Market company products.
  • Write weekly and monthly sales report.
  • Make monthly sales projections.
  • Any other responsibilities that may be assigned by management.

Qualification:

  • Minimum of HND/B.Sc in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience preferably in FCMG.
  • Not above 30 years old.
  • Experience in outdoor sales campaigns will be a huge advantage.

Remuneration:

  • Monthly stipend + commission during probation of six months.
  • Attractive monthly salary and other incentives after confirmation.
