PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION
Responsible for:
1. Responsible for smooth running of day to day operations in production unit.
2. Responsible for quality production & production targets/output.
3. Preparation for planning of material and inventory control of RM & PM.
4. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly requirement of materials as per the production plan.
5. Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Yearly production plan and arrangement of RM, PM as plan in coordination with logistics, planning and procurement departments.
6. Coordination with all service depts. Like engineering, QCQA, P&A, Logistics, planning and procurement departments.
7. To take part in conducting interview and selection of operators, supervisors & pharmacist.
8. Coordination with personnel dept. to maintain discipline among staff/workforce.
9. To take charge of new productions development.
10. To ensure cleanliness and hygienic conditions all over the factory.
11. Monitor dispatches FG as per the marketing requirements.
12. Responsible for regulatory bodies’ inspection.
13. MRM & QRM preparation
14. Monitoring and arrangement of potable water for daily production.
15. BMR/BPR checking on completion of each batch
16. To take responsibility in absence of superintendent pharmacist.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:
1. Good knowledge of production processes
2. Ability to manage workforce effectively
3. Good knowledge of Pharmaceutical GMP
4. Good knowledge of materials input and planning
REQUIREMENTS OF THIS POSITION
Qualification: B. Pharm
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in PRODUCTION
