We specialize in consulting, supply chain management, downhole services, well site services, upstream oil and gas production and engineering. Our primary areas of operation are West and East Africa. We endeavour to create a global brand by providing excellent services to our stakeholders.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Operations Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Business Operations Team and the Technical Operations Team.
  • Maintain Company’s Information Management System.
  • Participate in recruitment campaigns.
  • Participate in the preparation and submission of bids.
  • Liaise with field technicians and vendors.
  • Participate in Project Execution.

Requirements

  • A First Class or 2nd upper Degree from an accredited university.
  • A minimum of 1 year of corporate experience post NYSC completion.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and management skills.
  • Good writing skills and an ability to create presentation packages.
  • Analytical skills and an ability to multitask.
  • An understanding of logistics processes.
  • Demonstration of ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized.
  • Hardworking, confident, and mentally agile.
