Tharwa Finds is a staffing company dedicated to providing the most seamless, secure, cost-effective staffing solution. We offer a range of staffing services; domestic, repairs, entry-level, and hospitality.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Answering questions about a company’s products or services
  • Processing orders and transactions
  • Delivering information about a company’s offerings
  • Handling customer complaints
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Tracking customer service KPIs and metrics.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess an NCE, OND, HND, B.Sc Degree with 2-7 years experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / Month.
