POSITION : Yeast Specialist

Job Description

  • Operate and control all aspects of the yeast management process
  • Comply with safe, health and environmental procedures and legislation
  • Maintain safe, healthy and risk free working environment (operator/artisan)
  • Contribute to team and self development
  • Communicate effectively in the workplace
  • Participate in problem solving.
  • Initiate and analyse process trend for continuous improvement
  • Strictly adhere to the company technical compliance audit standards

Requirements

  • Minimum B.Sc Microbiology or any other related disciplines
  • Good knowledge of best practices in manufacturing
  • Analytical and evaluative skills
  • Minimum of 5 years prior experience in a FMCG environment
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar role will be an added advantage
  • Must be computer literate
