RegCharles Management Services Limited is recruiting to fill the position of:
Job Title: Regional Branch Manager
Job Location: Owerri, Imo State
Reports directly to: The Managing Director
Job Description:
- The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the company’s objectives.
- Develops new deposit and loan business
- Provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
- Provides leadership, training and supervision; delegates day to day operations to the branch personnel.
- Responsible for attaining established branch goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
- Participates in community affairs to increase the company’s visibility and to enhance new and existing business opportunities. Also determine the following:
- Partnerships that we should belong
- Trade Associations that we should work with
- Government institutions
- Strategies formulation for the progress of the branch in the region
Requirement
- Must have a vast database of HNI Contacts and connections in and around Imo State
- Must have a clear understanding of businesses in and around Imo State
- Minimum Qualification: BSc
- Minimum Work Experience: 3 years in a Commercial Bank or Microfinance Bank, preferable 1 year as a Branch Manager or Backup.
