Job Title: Inspector

Job Description
Your work will include:

  • Carry out corrosion survey & RBI, and subsequent maintenance reinstatement.
  • Carry out inspection and corrosion management activities to specified work instruction on facilities.
  • Carry out static equipment vibration monitoring.
  • Raise work order and carry out inspection to ensure fitness for purpose.
  • Work with the scheduler to ensure implementation of major workscopes .
  • Monitor ongoing engineering activities to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory instruments and industry standards.
  • Produce reports following inspection/surveys undertaken outlining anomalies, required remediation activities, and general progress.
  • Liaise with external bodies, vendors, contractors and specialists either directly or as a result of activities supervised by sub-contractors.
  • Assist other support functions to ensure that operations actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with persons involved with the verification as to the fitness of purpose of the installation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should be degree qualified with minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Placement and remuneration will be based on experience and qualification.
  • Non-degree qualified candidates with relevant experience will be considered.
  • Relevant certification (e.g. API 510) will be an added advantage.

Job Title: Admin Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities

  • Manage day-today running of the office Administration including reception, office equipment and stationery.
  • Plan and facilitate meetings.
  • Assist with book keeping
  • Manage employee paper work and files including learning and development records.
  • Assist with reprographics
  • Manage accommodation and travel including immigration issues.
  • Manage correspondences between ZETA, clients, and contractors.
  • Prepare timesheets and allowances of staff and contractors.

 
Requirements

  • Candidates should be HND or degree qualified.
  • You should be comfortable with managing large workloads under very tight schedule.
  • Verifiable skills in Microsoft Office would be an advantage.
  • A self-starter who can work both in a team environment and in detachment.
  • Familiar with office administration
  • Knowledge of HR Management

Your work will include:

  • In the requirements of clients, develop a Quality Management System for each contract.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory instruments and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a catalogue of quality issues and pursue to completion/close-out.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company on Industry forums.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals.
  • Ensure continuous improvement remains embedded in the ways of working in the project.
  • Partake in incident investigation and audits.
  • Review workpacks prior to handover to clients.

 
Qualifications and Experience

  • Candidates should be degree qualified with minimum of 5 years experience.
  • Membership of relevant professional body will be an added advantage.

 
Skills/Competencies:

  • Experience and good understanding of the following;
  • Preparation of written and oral instructions.
  • Technical specifications and drawings.
  • Conversant with relevant standards (ATEX, PED, etc).


Job Title: Facilities Engineer

  • Ensure workscopes are executed in accordance with relevant industry codes, standards, and clients' specifications.
  • Ensure cost, time and resources are managed effectively.
  • Work with the scheduler to ensure implementation of major workscopes .
  • Manage KPI's of equipment and systems to ensure that the required performance is maintained or enhanced in order to secure the safety and/or commercial objectives of the asset.
  • Liaison with external bodies, vendors, contractors and specialists either directly or as a result of activities supervised by sub-contractors.
  • Assist other support functions to ensure that operations actions are completed in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with persons involved with the verification as to the fitness of purpose of the installation.

  • Familiar (not necessarily proficient) with Microsoft Office applications.
