1. Job Title: Documentation Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Activities
With the increasing awareness of the need for proper information and knowledge management within the Company, it has become very important to constantly maintain good document management system . This allows a centralized information access and centralized archiving system. Regular contact with PRODOM users for training and technical supports is also very important.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- BSc in Management or Engineering.
- 7 years Experience in Document Control or related field with at least 3 years Experience in Project environment and a recognized electronic document Management System.
- A self-motivated natural leader with excellent communication and delegation skills.
- Credible working relationships within multi-cultural teams.
- Fluency in English both verbally and in writing.
- Passionate about maintaining high standards.
- Excellent work ethic and must be able to withstand fast-paced high pressure working environments.
2.Job Title: Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Activities
The SERVICE holder is responsible for follow up and supervision of Electrical and Instrumentation detailed engineering and construction activities for the OLT Buoy scope of work. He reports hierarchically to the OLT Systems Leader, with functional Reporting to UFR Head of Engineering.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Graduate Bachelor's Degree holder (BSc or BEng), or equivalent, in Electrical and Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years working experience in the Oil and Gas industry, with responsibilities for engineering designs and construction follow up activities.
- Good knowledge of applicable design software, applicable codes, standards and regulations for electrical and instrumentation engineering and construction.
- Good knowledge of General Specifications will be added advantage.
- Administrative skills including proficiency in typical office applications (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
- Fluent in English and ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company. In addition, the candidate must possess very good planning, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills.
- Geographical mobility is required.
3. Job Title: QC Coordinator
Job Location: Lagos
Activities
The SERVICE holder has the overall responsibility for the QAQC onshore activities . The holder of the position shall in particular:
Manages through the supervision of a team of 30 inspectors and with respect to HSEQ objectives the onshore QAQC activities in Nigeria with more than 15,000 tons of subsea structures and coating/double jointing of more than 7,000 pipes.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Education to HND level in an Engineering discipline, equivalent or 15 years experiences
- Professional Experience (number of years): 10-15 years experience with Project background within Oil & Gas industry.
- Quality Control experience is required. Experience on West African yards a plus.
- Minimum 5 years experience in all aspects of structure, piping, welding, NDE and applicable codes and standards such as ISO, API, ASTM and ASME.
- Welding and NDE certificate would be an added advantage along with a recognized Quality Assurance or Quality Management qualification such as formal training in the new ISO 9001:2008 Standard.
- The ability to communicate well at all levels within the Company. In addition, the Candidate must possess very good planning, coordination, presentation, negotiations and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English both verbally and in writing
- Be skilled in using computer programs for word processing, database management, spreadsheets and e-mail communications and MS Project or equivalent a plus.
4. Job Title: Base Company Representative
Job Location: Lagos
Activities
The SERVICE holder will supervise/administer the execution of the Service Support and Life of Field Service elements of the project Development Subsea Production System (SPS) Contract with Contractor, based at Contractor’s Supply Base in Onne Port.
Requirement
- Engineering degree (generalist, mechanical,) with experience in drilling / subsea / field operations or manifold fabrication / installation; and experience with service contract management.
- 7 to 10 years cumulative experience engineering, fabrication or operations.
5. Job Title: Senior Subsea System Engineer
Job Location: Lagos
Activities
The duties of the Senior Subsea System Engineer, are summarised as follows:-
- Provide technical oversight of all issues related to or effecting the Systems Engineering Design aspects of the SPS equipment to ensure compliance with Contract specifications and requirements. Give much-needed System Engineering support to the SPS Package Engineering Leads.
Requirement
- Education: Professional engineer.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Qualification: 10 years experience in Subsea Production Systems and / or a discipline of SPS. Demonstrable knowledge of intra SPS discipline interfaces. Previous experience of Company / Operator Representation during Detail Engineering phase is an advantage.
- Mobility: Placement is in Lagos, Nigeria at SPS Contractor location with the potential for international trips.
- Language: English fluent.
6. Job Title: Welding Inspector
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria, Africa
Activities
Under the responsibility of the COMPANY SITE REPRESENTATIVE and the UFR QA/QC Package Leader functionally, the Site Welding Inspector shall supervise and validate with UFR Contractor/Subcontractor all Welding and NDT inspections and activities executed in Site, particularly:
Ensure that the work is performed safely, in compliance with client and HSE requirements and objectives.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Certified welding Inspector (CWI) or CSWIP or equivalent. Must have ASNT or EN473 Level II for Radio & MPI, as a minimum. UT Level II according to the same standards is highly appreciated.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a QC/Welding/NDE role in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Good knowledge of the company's technical referential and HSE Golden Rules.
- Good knowledge of welding processes. Very good knowledge of material and equipment. Very good competencies related to NDE Techniques.
- Familiarity with Contractor, Subcontractor & Supplier documentation i.e. QCP/ITP, Construction / Fabrication Dossiers, Material Certification, Quality Records etc.
