1. Job Title: Business Development/Marketer
  Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Descriptions

  • Tasked with understanding the online and offline travel marketing.
  • Pulling in clientele from target segments identified in Business Plan.
  • Planning strategies to promote online and offline ticket sales.
  • Communicating our brand, mission, vision and USP to potential clients effectively.

Duties

  • Create report on online and offline dynamics in the travel market.
  • Be aware of what competition is doing and what we need to do better/stay competitive.
  • Oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Develop innovative ways of reaching clients.
  • Market research and competitor analysis.
  • Work with management to increase overall sales and meet sales targets.
  • Increase online audience.
  • Identifying fruitful marketing platforms.
  • Producing promotion materials.
  • Communicating relevant information to the rest of the company.
  • Attending conferences, airline exhibitions and networking events.
  • Identify new target markets.

2. Job Title: Business Travel Consultant
   Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • This position will handle business travel request made by clients.

Duties

  • Dealing with enquires via telephone or email.
  • Attending to reservation, ticketing reissues and refund requests.
  •  Domestic and International travel requests.
  •  Advise corporate clients on international visas needed/ cancellation/change fees.

Knowledg, Skills and Experience

  • Strong GDS skills (preferably Galileo):
  • Reissues refund processing and complex bookings.
  • Business Travel background.
  • Good computer and Internet skills.
  • Geographical and Industry awareness.
  • Ability to digest information from the internet and GDS system.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Strong oral, writing, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Be able to gain customer trust and close bookings immediately.
  • Accurate administration skills to ensure 100% accuracy on customer booking.
  • Stress management.
  • Being detailed orientated.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience

 

3. Job Title: Leisure Travel Consultant
  Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • This position will handle leisure travel requests made by clients

Duties

  • Greeting customers face to face and over the phone
  • Dealing with enquires via telephone or email
  • Attending to a wide variety of worldwide itineraries.
  • Air reservation, ticketing, reissues and refund requests.
  • Selling additional products and services
  • Hotel Reservations
  • Advising clients on international visas needed/ cancellation/change fees.
  • Making complex bookings

Knowledge and Skills

  • Passion for Travel
  • Strong GDS skills (preferably Galileo)
  • Reissues refund processing and complex bookings
  • Premier sales acumen and ability to pursue sales through innovative marketing,
  • Good computer and Internet skills.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.

4. Job Title: Events Consultant
  Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Description

  • This position will handle leisure travel requests made by clients

Duties

  • Dealing with enquires via telephone or email
  • Working with business travel clients wishing to book events, meetings and conference requirements across Nigeria.
  • Offering a variety of hotel and venues, explaining rates and regulations.
  • Confirming reservations and making sure the booking process is effortless.
  • Build rapport with clients ensuring excellent customer service.

Knowledg, Skills and Experience

  • Events Background
  • Good computer and Internet skills.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to digest information from the Internet and GDS system.
  • Strong relational and communication skills
  • Ideally good use of GDS Galileo
  • Minimum of 2 Years work experience

 

5. Job Title: Tours Consultant
   Sector: Business Travel
  Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Descriptions

  • Devise, arrange and promote holidays and travel options.
  • Sell holiday and travel products to customers
  • Ability to tailor make and plan tour costings
  • Improving our scope of tour packages
  • Work with hotels, airlines and other transport companies
  • Assist in planning holidays or complex tailor made itineraries for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Liaising with international partners to create and find attractive tour packages departing from Nigeria.
  • Updating tour packages in real time via our website and on our brochures.
  • Visiting local attractions to ascertain accommodation quality and suitability.
  • Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers and resort reps.
  • Planning and advertising different promotions.
  • Making alternative plans for customers who have had their trips interrupted.
  • Ensuring client safety at all times.
  • Make presentations to travel groups.
  • Go to travel/trade exhibitions to increase company/brand awareness.
  • Produce brochures and internet-based information.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of tourism industry.
  • Strong relational and communication skills.
  • Strong oral, writing, negotiation and networking skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone manner.
  • Foreign language skills beneficial.
