The Chief Marketing Officer manages the company’s marketing campaigns and plays a key part in communicating the organisations marketing message.
Creating marketing campaigns and working with the team to see them executed.
Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to potential markets.
Contributing to the company’s pool of funds and marketing plan.
Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
Supporting the marketing team in day to day marketing activities.
Plan, develop and deliver campaigns as agreed within timescales.
Provide optimum customer service as required to maintain and enhance existing business, resulting in repeat business, and preventing cancellations, improve the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer service.
Schedule and conduct status meetings with appropriate development resources and customers. Provide proper refund and compensation to customers on time.
Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data. Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning, retention and management. Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service. Develop and update client related reports.
Assist in making major business decisions,
Identify and reports on continuing problems in an effort to minimize future negative customer impact. May proactively contact customers to determine and resolve issues when required.
Manage customer arrivals to maximize relationship building opportunities.
Run periodic customer satisfaction surveys.
Previous experience in a similar marketing role.
Ideally a degree in marketing although not essential.
Applicant must have Strong and confident communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with owns initiative as well as a part of a team.
Presentation skills including PowerPoint presentation.
Bring in new revenue through potential and existing clients
Generate new business leads and opportunities globally
Present services, prepare proposals, perform contract and price negotiations, prepare contractual documents and close the sale with the clients
Assist clients with opening test service and follow up on progress involving support team when necessary
Assist the Head of Sales to drive sales forward in a competitive market, actively research and find new customers globally, identify customer needs and identify market trends
Collect market intelligence and analyze competitors
Collect product feedback, present ideas and improvements to the Development Team

Key skills and experience
Minimum of OND, HND, B.Sc in relevant field of study
You have a minimum of ONE (1) to TWO (2) years experience as a Marketer, Sale executive, Sale Representatives, Public Relation Officer or any related field
Passionate about customer satisfaction
Excellent presentation, communication and relationship building skills
Ability to hit targets in a demanding, fast paced environment with multiple responsibilities
Excellent knowledge and familiarity of the MS Office package
Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment
Ability to speak to and hear customers and/or employees via phone and in person
Ability to travel as required by role (up to 50% of the time).
