Job’s Purpose:

This position is responsible for the Finance and Admin functions of Nigeria. The position is responsible for financial integrity of the subsidiary, compliance with statutory law and regulations as well as internal policies, controls, planning, forecasting and reporting requirements. Further, this position supports the management by providing value add analysis and being actively involved in decision making process around topics such as revenue, headcount, marketing and other resources deployments etc.

Core Job Responsibilities:
Business Partnering: Be an effective partner of the Country Manager and the subsidiary Leadership Team, providing insightful analysis and finance perspective to the decision making process in the subsidiary with focus on the long term financial objectives.
Planning & Operational Excellence: Deliver timely and accurate information to the CM & WCA leadership team. Provide meaningful analysis for Revenue and P&L in both forward looking as well as in actual results. Operational excellence and execution of monthly forecast, Mid Year Review and Planning, providing solid financial services (e.g. AR, AP, Tax etc).
Accounting and reporting: Ensure financial statements are presented accurately, timely and in line with corporate policies and statutory requirements.
Internal Controls & Compliance: Ensure internal controls are in place and in compliance with corporate policies, procedures and statutory requirements. Improve education and awareness within the subsidiary.
Cost Efficacy: Lead the cost efficacy efforts in the subsidiary, by improving processes, increasing efficiency, identifying opportunities to do more with less, leveraging technology and making cost efficacy a company wide effort. Manage procurement and RE&F activities.
People Development: Effectively lead employees by providing the necessary training, development opportunities and ensuring we have the right resources in place.

This position has frequent interaction with the Country Manager, Sr Controller, HR and MEA HQ.

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Chartered Accountant or equivalent
Minimum four years of demonstrated work experience in finance and business management
A demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively (oral and written), establish trust quickly, and create win-win situations.
Experience in working in multiple organizations with emphasis on communicating and decision making with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Experience with business processes and systems should include systems development, planning, forecasting, order processing, invoicing, credit, collection and sales credit tracking.
Experience in the design, implementation and monitoring of internal controls and compliance.
Strong understanding and experience in multinational financial operations with good understanding of US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
Strong management skills and demonstrated ability to drive the effective implementation of procedures and policies to support operational business requirements across regional and organizational boundaries.
Team player with ability to manage cross group and cross country boundaries.
Highly developed analytical and organizational skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office

Partner Account Manager – Business Solutions

The position is responsible for building a solid MBS partners ecosystem by reactivation and recruitment of partners acros WCA rterritory. The MBS PAM will drive sustainable business growth according to annual local targets (revenue and profitability) by managing the relationship between Microsoft and 1-15 Partner organizations primarily in the Upper to Midmarket segment. The PAM drives short and long term planning processes with all managed partners and during the plan’s execution the PAM provides resources and coaching required of our as partners work to drive demand for Dynamics solutions, build sales competence, customer references, and establish technical and implementation capabilities. PAMs-Business Solutions help focus and manage our Dynamics’ Partners’ execution to ensure profitable growth and capture market share for both Microsoft and our Partners.
The MBS PAM will be responsible of growing the Microsoft sahe in the MBS space.

The PAM – Business Solutions becomes a Trusted Business Partner of the partner organizations assigned to the managed portfolio by earning their trust on a continuous basis, through demonstrations of empathy for Partner business issues and concerns, and a willingness to enable Partners in the day-to-day operations of their Microsoft Dynamics’ businesses. The PAM- Business Solutions also seeks to fully understand all aspects of Partners’ businesses and demonstrating a genuine interest in Partners’ business issues and concerns. The PAM drives towards solutions that result in revenue to both Partners and Microsoft by being Partner-centric in all of his/her activities, serving as an ambassador/ advocate for Partners within Microsoft, and accurately representing Microsoft within Partners’ organization. The PAM – Business Solutions is unique from other roles in Dynamics in its overall responsibility for establishing and maintaining the business relationships with Dynamics’ Partners, and ensuring that joint revenue/growth target metrics are set and met/exceeded. In the next three to six months the PAM – Business Solutions will have to demonstrate a greater focus on growing new licensing revenue with Partners who are committed to these growth targets, greater level of orchestration across Sales Organizations (Dynamics, SMS&P and EPG), and a growing emphasis on understanding the different verticals in which Partners and most importantly the potential business growth on those areas.

Requirements:
8 – 10 years of related experience
Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.)
Master’s Degree

Partner management, Complex sales training (e.g., Miller Hyman, Spin, Michael Bosworth, Holden, Krauthammer, etc.), Sales methodologies (equivalent to MSSP), presentation skills, effective marketing tactics, negotiation skills, financial analysis, Line of Business applications, CRM and ERP, Strategic planning, entrepreneurship
