The Project Team Lead works with the company manage teams and to proffer our solution to clients.

Responsibilities

Work with team to meet client requirement and provide product, project, knowledge based solution of our power plant technology from primary faculty evaluation to implementation and closure.

Drive the complete end to end delivery including enquiry generation, offer submission, techno-commercial discussion, financial negotiation, contract signing, execution, monitoring, closure etc.

Strategize with team and develop plans to approach the complete list of promoters who are investing in our project and national schemes.

Provide technical and economical data and analytical report relevant to the project such as statistics,, design, budget, costing, inventory, planning, commissioning, proposals etc.

Liaise and coordinate between client and company project / technical team to achieve end benefits of project deliverables with each milestone.

This contract offers you both annual/monthly salary and incentive as commission (0.5%) on the total project cost successfully initiated and closed by your team.

This new role gives you a rank as a leader and as such you would be assigned team to manage in achieving set goals and deliverables

This employment is granted to residence of Lagos area only, notwithstanding you can use your team members to source projects across Nigeria.

You are to represent the company as a reputable ambassador only within this contract and project scope

You are expected to report via emails daily work (plan, report, clients, follow-up, etc.) and be available for sales meetings/trainings without fail and also respond anytime to management call for duties.

Your assignment entails you maintain an effective database of clients (past and present) and manage their preference regarding our business transaction.

All the company assets (data, information, tools etc.) should be managed with utmost integrity.

You are expected in meetings and review to present scenarios and data with regards to the business and client facing and to inform management on a weekly basis.
