POSITION : Office Administrator
Description
- Set the pace for office and resource management. From scheduling and (special) project management to general clerical tasks involving answering the phone, proofreading documents, collating daily reports, handling petty cash and managing support staff.
- Must possess excellent typing skills, great time management strategies, strong oral and written skills, and the ability to communicate well with others.
- Able to work independently with little to no supervision. They may be responsible for disseminating information across the organization and taking minutes at critical meetings.
- Knowledge of MS Office, general databases and word processing programs is necessary. The General Administrator must also be able to operate general office equipment, such as a copy machine, multi-line telephone system and scanner.
- You will coordinate our community and CSR outreach programs.
