POSITION : Chief of Staff of CEO & Chair of Conglomerate 

Responsibilities

  • Oragnises a calendar and keep tracl of multiple projects/events as relates to the office of the CEO
  • Participate in regular meeting with multiple stake holders
  • Programme Management
  • Planning and directing administration, operations and financials of the firm on behalf of the CEO
  • Act as an Adviser to the CEO, and senior mangement team
  • Assist the CEO in facilitating effective decision making
  • Take up other responsibilties as directed by the CEO
  • Administrative Support
  • Assess inquiries directed to the CEO, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appriopate individual to manage
  • Overseeing and managing highly priotized projects

Requirements

  • A Masters degree, PhD is a plus
  • 12-15 years work experience
  • Possess interpreneurial quotient (note interpreneurial is different from enterpreneurial - Interpreneur is a person that deploys the entrepreneurial attributes e.g. creativity, risk taking and agility to a business not set up by the intreprenuer)
  • Possess excellent administrative and presentation skills
  • Possess excellent commercial awareness and can think strategically.
  • Resilence, Drive, dynamism, charisma, passion
  • Creative energy and inspirational ideas
  • Not older than 43 years
  • Impeccable managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work and deliver results under pressure
  • Ability to effectively multitask
  • Ability to work strategically and collobarotaively across departments
  • Effective, verstaile and action oriented
  • Must be organized
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Possess Integrity
  • Must be sociable and hardworking
  • Possess business development skills
  • Should be a renowned performer and have solid leadership skills
  • Should be a strong willed, a fast learner and able to effect changes fast (based on stakeholders feed back)
  • Efficient with limited Resources
  • Humble

Salary
N800,000 (Bonus of over N15, 000,000)
