• Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
• Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
• Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions,.
• Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination.
• Make decisions on HR issues in consultation with the Operations Manager
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• HND/B.sc University degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field is required
• At least 1 year of general experience is required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Excellent record keeping and documentation skills are required
• Fluency in oral and written English is required.
