Job Title: Implementation Specialist

About the Job
- We are looking for Implementation Specialists to ensure that purchased software systems meet clients’ technical needs.
- Their job is to customise the software according to the client's needs and specifications, teach clients how to use it, and install customised software systems once approved.
Responsibilities
- Meet with clients following the sale of software packages to collect data and other information required to customise software systems
- Create a project plan for each client, detailing the tasks that need to be completed for the timely installation required to customise software systems
- Communicate with clients throughout the software customisation process to obtain feedback and approval
- Customize software systems based on client's needs and specifications
- Educate clients on how to use purchased software systems
- Create a specialised document for each client detailing all customisations made
- Install customised software systems and all necessary components
- Ensure the project team is aware of key deliverables and project milestones
- Provide cost and time estimates to clients who require additional customisation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or a related field.
- Previous experience working as an implementation specialist
- Sound technical knowledge
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and SQL database management systems.
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communications and customer service skills
