Transport Tech Arica is a global firm that focuses on providing effective and adaptive solutions to transport and supply chain services around the world. We aim at achieving the best optimal logistic solution, using cognitive AI and Data driven application hardware to regulate the cost of transportation.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Creates contents for all social media handles.
  • Engages clients on phone and email conversations.
  • Administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 - 2 years relevant work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and ability to multitask.
  • Previous experience in customer service roles can be a plus, but many entry-level positions are available for those without prior experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
