The Bulb Africa is a platform for African creatives to turn tech ideas into business realities. We run accelerator programs, incubate entrepreneurs and provide training to help them launch, grow and sustain businesses.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Frontend Developer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

About the Role

  • The Bulb Africa is looking for an highly skilled and experienced Mid-level to senior Front End Developer to join their development team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end code for web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement visual and interactive elements that enhance user experience.
  • Translate design concepts into clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks( Angular)
  • Optimize application performance and ensure compatibility across different platforms and browsers.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior team members.
  • Participate in project planning and estimation, providing technical expertise and recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Actively contribute to improving development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in front-end development.
