1. Job Title: Marketing Executives
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Client sourcing: develop new client and maintain existing relationships sales calls, correspondence, etc
- Build and maintain a detailed accurate, up-to- date customer/client knowledge base
- Identify commercial viable routes of benefit to client and company.
Requirement
- A good University degree and minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
2. Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Leads the group business intelligence
- Develop required report from business application for executive informed decision
- Assessing the economic performance of subsidiaries and giving detailed analysis.
Requirements
- A good university degree or Computer Science with flair for business intelligence
- An MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of five years experience with two years in a similar role
3. Job Title: HR Business Partners
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Equip Line Managers with appropriate tools and knowledge to manage their people
- Identify short, medium and long term resourcing issues.
- Challenge line managers on new roles, replacement and retention strategies.
Requirements
- A good University degree with CIPD/CIPM
- A minimum of five years experience in a similar role
4.Job Title: Talent & Learning Management Specialist

Responsibilities
- Design, improve and implement effective talent management processes
- Design and develop sustainable succession pipeline

- 7 years' post NYSC experience

- Prepares and renders quarterly Reinsurance Treaty & technical/adjustment Account
- Prepares Reinsurance Dept. Monthly, quarterly, half yearly and Annual report for Management’s review.
Requirements
- A good university degree, CIIN
- At least ten years experience in re-insurance
8. Job Title: Head, Underwriting
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Overseas and monitors underwriting functions of the company
- Analyses risk and determines underwriting terms and conditions of cover
- Ensures uniformity in the preparation of policies, certificates and endorsements issued by the company and submits underwriting quarterly reports to NAICOM.
Requirements
- Good university degree, ACIIN, ANIM and an MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum eight years relevant experience, three in a senior position in underwriting
9. Job Title: Head, Claims
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Computes settlement offer, claims report and analysis
- Checks claim is fully recoverable with the policy terms and conditions.
- Liaises with, engineers, lawyers, loss adjustors, third party administrators, etc.
Requirements
- Good university degree and an MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of eight years relevant experience in Claims Settlement

10. Job Title: Head, Accounts
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Leads cash management transactions, including tracking objectives.
- Prepares detailed financial budgets and forecasts
- Implements and operates systems and procedures to ensure the integrity of accounting information.
Requirements
- Good university degree, ACCA /ICAN
- Minimum eight years’ experience, three in a senior position
- Working knowledge of cash-flow forecasting
11. Job Title: Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser
Job Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Preparing for and sitting in on board meetings
- Communicating board decisions to the relevant company stakeholders
- Managing the sourcing of and liaising with external legal services.
Requirements
- LLB, BL (a Master degree will be an added advantage)
- At least ten years company secretarial experience five in a public quoted company
